Make a 16-ounce batch of the pan dough: combine the water, yeast and dry milk, then mix in the flour, salt, sugar and oil and knead about 10 minutes to a smooth ball. (At Pizza Hut the water is about 95 F and the dough is mixed roughly 13 minutes on low.)
