Method
Brown sausage in sauté pan with garlic. Drain. Transfer to crockpot.
Add potatoes, chicken stock, Italian seasoning, salt, and white pepper and mix. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are soft but not falling apart.
Heat cream for 1-2 minutes in microwave but do not boil. Whisk flour into warm cream until well blended, stir mixture into crockpot. Add kale and cook on high for 30 minutes. Stir well and season to taste before serving.
